Carefully built websites.

TUSK Frame is a small web studio for business owners, local companies and freelancers. We build websites, Shopify stores and landing pages.

There are two of us. We both finished a vocational IT programme and are now both studying IT at university of applied sciences. Alongside our studies we build websites, with the same care as a big agency, but without the long waits and the big bill. We are based in Groningen and work for business owners all over the Netherlands.

We started with the online store of our own family business, TUSK Performance. That is where we saw what a good site does: after the relaunch, a lot more traffic came in from Google. Now we want to do the same for other business owners.

How we work

Three choices you will find in every website we make.

    No off-the-shelf theme

    We design every site for your business. You don't get a template you will also see at ten other companies.

  2. 02

    Designed for your phone first

    Most visitors arrive on their phone. That is why we make the mobile version first, and the laptop version after that.

    You talk to the makers

    No account manager or ticket system. You deal directly with the two people who actually build your website.

    A Shopify store for our family business, selling in Europe and the US.

    Two product lines, a calm new design and a lot more organic traffic afterwards.

Your questions, honestly answered

We're a young studio. That raises questions, and we'd rather answer them here than leave you wondering.

  • Have you built for businesses like mine before?+

    We started in May 2026, so our portfolio is still growing. That's why we first make a free design for your business. You see what we can make for you before you pay anything.

  • What if you stop?+

    Then you're not stuck. Your website, copy and photos are yours, and you can move your domain name to anyone you like with a transfer code. We build with common technology (Next.js or Shopify), so any other web developer can take over. If we ever stop, you'll hear at least three months in advance and we'll help you move for free.

  • You're still studying. Do you have time for this?+

    Yes. We only take on a few projects at a time, so we meet the delivery dates we agree on. We reply to a request within 1 working day, and if a date doesn't work, you'll hear right away.

  • Do I need to know anything about tech?+

    No. You tell us what you want and supply copy and photos. Don't have them yet? We'll help you. At launch we show you how everything works, and for questions you can simply message or call us.

  • What about privacy (GDPR) and security?+

    Every site runs on a secure connection (https, the padlock in the browser). Forms only ask for what's needed and we don't place tracking cookies without consent. If you work with sensitive data, like a practice, it doesn't go through a regular contact form but through a system built for it. With a hosting plan we make automatic backups.

  • How long does a bigger project take?+

    A site of up to 5 pages is online within 3 to 10 days, a site of up to 15 pages within 5 to 15 working days. If it's bigger, or connects to your own systems, we make a schedule together. The launch date is then fixed in the quote.
